I have been a client of Chelle since September 2018.
Due to living in the West Country 1:1 training sessions are not possible so Chelle devised a distance training schedule for me, backed up with regular skype calls.
She has come up with some excellent personally tailored plans which have helped me to achieve my quarterly goals. Even when I got injured early into the process, Chelle encouraged me and pushed me and adjusted my personal plans to accommodate the injury and minimised any potential for failure to achieve my targets.

Chelle’s blended programme is perfect if you’re trying to fit exercise into a busy life with lots of competing priorities.
Working five days a week and studying for two meant that exercise had started to fall off my schedule. I knew that I needed to turn that around and re-started weekly personal training sessions with Chelle.
Chelle’s personal training sessions are excellent: she is very good at keeping sessions varied and interesting and also at judging just how hard to push you in order to give you a good workout without making it too hard and demoralising you. A perfect blend of support and stretch and challenge.
I wanted to build a couple more sessions of exercise into my weekly routine.
Time constraints meant that it would only really be possible for me to fit sessions in at home because I couldn’t factor in travel on top of the sessions. Motivating myself, however, was difficult.
The blended programme is a perfect solution. I still meet with Chelle weekly for a personal training session and in addition she provides me with two sessions each week to complete at home. Chelle briefly runs through the programmes with me in the training session to ensure that I know what I’m doing.
The element that has particularly helped me to keep on track, though, is Chelle checking in with me to check how the home sessions are going. The contact via text keeps me accountable and empowers me to prioritise the sessions when other things threaten to get in the way. This programme has really helped me to get back on track with exercise over the last three months and I highly recommend it.
