How does the System work ?
The online training programme utilises a state of the art coaching delivery system compatible with desktop pc, tablet and phone. You'll have access to your own calendar including workouts plotted with video examples and be able to update your progress and give feedback all in real time. We can manage your nutritional needs and set goals for you to achieve. |
