I have just finished my final bridal boot camp which consisted of ten PT sessions spread out over ten weeks.
I’ve trained with Chelle for a couple of years now for boxing and the occasional PT session. It wasn’t until I said to her that I needed to up my game for the wedding that she suggested a Bridal Bootcamp. So we met to discuss what my goals were and how to get there. My main focus was to nip in my waist and have good definition on my arms back and shoulders.

I've been seeing Chelle for a little over a year now for weekly PT sessions and the (very) occasional bootcamp. I went to improve my upper body strength and I would never have achieved half of what I have without Chelle's help. Lovely, encouraging and pushes just enough. When you don't believe you can do anymore Chelle manages to find just what to say to keep you going!

I needed to get back in shape post baby and give my confidence a boost too and I thought these sessions would be perfect and they were! Shelle demonstrates all the moves so you don't need to know any moves in advance and you can go at whatever pace you like although it's hard not to try to keep up with the rest of the class. I pushed myself much harder in these sessions than any other and really felt a difference to my energy levels and also my self esteem. Gutted to have to stop (child care) but hope to start up again in the future. Would defo recommend to either a newby to fitness or a fanatic looking for a new workout. |

I've been training with Chelle for a couple of months now and can't rate her highly enough. She makes every session interesting and varied and makes sure I'm enjoying the exercises she does with me. She's got me doing much more than I ever imagined I could do and now can spot when I'm finding something too easy and will adapt it accordingly. She's been a fantastic source of moral support too, listening to my endless chuntering during the sessions but still somehow managing to get me to do a full hour of hard work! I'm seeing some serious improvements in my fitness and in my self confidence through working with Chelle. I can't imagine life without my weekly session now! |

Dare I say it.......but Michelle actually makes exercise fun!!!! Would highly recommend her to anyone of any fitness level as she works with you to find a training plan that suits you, but while still giving you that extra push to work harder and get good results. |

I have been training with Chelle for the past 4 months and she is brilliant. I'm one of those people who dreaded the thought of the gym and has no self motivation. She makes the sessions challenging but they are also fun and I always have a great sense of achievement after each session. She has never made me feel silly for taking ages to get to grips with the different routines or for being unfit at the start. Chelle is great at tailoring the sessions to the individual and is such a friendly and encouraging personal trainer. I have come so far in the last 4 months and I know with her encouragment I will reach my goals |

I have loved every single session with Chelle. I'm VERY overweight & unfit so was very nervous before our first meeting, but I needn't have been. Chelle challenges & pushes me each week a bit more, but never beyond what I can manage. Every week I'm on a total high by the end of our hour! I can't recommend Chelle enough! |

I'm yet to have a session yet, booked in for the 11th, I can't wait! I am already completely a programme though as Chelle kindly sent me a plan after meeting me for an assessment on Monday! I know I am definitely on a solid road to fitness! I have been supported by Chelle through messages since receiving my plan and if it's wasn't for that support I would, yet again, be unable to rely on myself for motivation!!! Feeling fab, and cannot wait for my first session! Will be boxing! x |

I must admit I was a bit dubious about my ability to workout after dislocating my shoulder a couple of months prior to contacting chelle. I had little to worry about as during the consultation chelle worked out a training plan that took this into consideration. Each session has been fast paced,varied and above all fun. Chelle steps it up a bit each time so it never gets dull and reaching the new goals is very rewarding! Brilliant fun training that gets results! Cant recommend enough! Thanks chelle!!!!!!! |

If there were more stars to add up there I would, absolutely brilliant! Chelle changes it up and makes it more challenging every session so it never gets samey, totally fires me up for the week keeping me really motivated. I tend to shy away from classes and don't self motivate enough for doing it on my own so this has been perfect to really push me to where I want to be, thank you!!! |

So much better than any gym or class I've ever attended, Chelle keeps it interesting by providing varied exercises adapted to your needs and goals. The boxing is the best! Amazing first session with Chelle last night. Loved the variety of exercises and the encouragement to keep going when I know that had I have been in my own I would have given up long before.
